Wakefield Development Company Announces First Community Manager for New Holly Springs Project

RALEIGH, N.C. March 1, 2007—Twelve Oaks, one of Wakefield Development Company’s newest master-planned communities, announced that Moira Presti will serve as the community manager. The prestigious 687-acre Nicklaus designed golf course community recently broke ground on the Welcome Center and will begin pre-selling in early spring.

With more than 25 years real estate and business experience, Ms. Presti’s new role places her in charge of developing and implementing the marketing and sales of homes within the 12 Oaks community.

A native of England, Ms. Presti received her Real Estate license in New Jersey. She has recently relocated to Wake Forest, NC with her husband, Anthony. Ms. Presti has two grown children. Her son, Stephen, is 23 and her daughter, Anne-Marie, is 20 years of age.
