RALEIGH, N.C. February 5, 2007—Renaissance Park, one of Wakefield Development Company's newest master-planned communities located in southeast Raleigh, has announced that Debbie Scholl has been hired as Community Manager.

With more than 35 years of management experience, Ms. Scholl's new role places her in charge of developing and implementing the marketing and sales of homes within the Renaissance Park community.
